
The pizetta at Gusto is a light, airy and soft flat bread. This one with fresh ricotta cheese, roasted grapes, prosciutto & aged balsamic is Cyn’s favorite. The sweetness of the fresh grapes and aged balsamic is a nice touch to balance the savory prosciutto.
