Walking home recently, I discovered what might be the perfect snack: an oyster slider. It’s a fried oyster wrapped in a strip of bacon (yes!) in a toasted hamburger bun, with tartar sauce, pickled red onions, a slice of tomato and lettuce. You can get a trio with fries for $15 at dinnertime it’s one for $4 and three for $11. The best part is ordering an oyster shooter (a shot of Bloody Mary with an oyster) ($7) as the drink partner, or if you are thirstier, there’s the full-sized Oyster Mary ($15).
